27th Avenue Apartments

Ripple NW is excited to again be supporting Home First Development in bringing affordable housing opportunities to Oregon.

As they put it, The 27th Avenue Apartments will bring 96 units of affordable family housing to the rapidly developing Morningside Neighborhood in South Salem, Oregon. The development will serve Veterans and Latino families searching for an affordable housing option in Salem and surrounding communities. The local services organization, Mano A Mano, will provide residents with access to resources and support in addition to promoting a positive environment for on-site community building.

This project is scheduled for completion in 2024.
