The Ontario Townhomes development is an innovative partnership between mission-driven developers, non-profit organizations, and local government to add 70 affordable housing units for historically under-served families to the affordable housing stock in Malheur County. Located on the west side of the City of Ontario, residents are treated to convenient access to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants, and other community resources.

We were excited to play a role in bringing much needed affordable housing to the Ontario community, and to launch the first partnership effort with our friends at Home First Development.
